CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATION POLICY Your appointment time is reserved just for you. To respect both our time and other guests waiting for appointments, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-shows will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit before booking future appointments. Arriving more than 15 minutes late will require a solid color or will be rescheduled to avoid running behind for other guests. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled within the required notice period. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business.
